Thank you Meredith. I decided not to sit on the kitchen floor in front of my oven with my oil paints (ugh!!) so I took a bunch of photos while it was in there. Yes, it was warm when I ate it. It was so delicious. Thanks to King Arthur Flour for the recipe, "Crusty Old World Sesame Braid" (I decided to leave out the sesame seeds in the painting..)
